My name’s Susan Boyme. I’m vice president of strategic accounts for RELEX Solutions. The retailers who are visiting RELEX’s booth at NRF, want to solve problems related to supply chain, labor shortages, and how to best manage their space with evolving assortments and changing ways their consumers are shopping today. So they need solutions to help them be more agile and adapt to different market conditions. Just last year, if you go back to NRF from a virtual event perspective, we had a number of clients that signed with us early in the year and were pleased to say they’re already live with our solutions. And that includes actually the first contract that Rite Aid signed with us, but also companies like Tractor Supply, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Cost Plus World Market. So we’re very excited. And even yesterday we announced Sheetz convenience stores, signed with RELEX to help some of their supply chain and inventory planning problems.

RELEX is able to solve retailer’s problems around making sure that they can capture and retain customers by making sure that the inventory is always where it needs to be when customers are shopping. When you think about it, when you’re shopping online or when you go in store, sometimes if you don’t have that product available to you, you may go down the street or shift your loyalty from one retailer to another. So what we’re really trying to do is make sure not only is the inventory in the right place at the right time, but also that the assortment appeals to that customer in that particular market. And that agility to adapt to the different market conditions, whether it’s being challenged with a supply chain issue, or being able to make sure you’ve got the right assortment in the right market, that’s really where RELEX can help retailers.

Retailers can expect some great outcomes when working with RELEX. And it’s one of those things that we make sure we understand what those retail specific objectives are, when we implement the software. Some want to reduce inventory, some want to focus on driving sales. Some want to make sure that they’re driving the highest sales per square foot. And regardless of those outcomes, the software is configurable enough to address their needs. So it’s one thing that we make sure that we’re signing up for as a company, that our clients are in alignment with those objectives and that we’re measuring them long after the initial go live. And that’s something we’re very proud of.
